Ep. 14/ The sacred cycle of manifestation
What if creativity, clarity, and manifestation flowed easily simply by tuning into your womb wisdom?
5-minute reflection
11/3/25, Day 29, Late Inner Autumn
Manifestation doesn’t need to be forced when you’re flowing in rhythm with your cyclical nature. It happens naturally, as part of the essence of your being.
Knowing when to rest, when to pause, when to dream, and when to activate are the keys to unlocking your inner womb wisdom.
When we push ourselves outside of these natural rhythms, we risk burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection—not just during Inner Winter (menstruation), but at any phase of the cycle.
Listening to your body, using the practice of Interoception allows you to intuit what you need moment to moment.
Interoception is the practice of feeling the inner sensations of your body—the same way you instinctively know when you're hungry, thirsty, or need rest. Your body holds wisdom beyond the thinking mind, and when you tune into it, you can access deeper layers of intuition, creativity, and embodied knowing.
Creativity thrives in flow— those effortless moments when everything aligns and expression feels natural. Yet, we live in a world that expects constant output, often at odds with our cyclical nature.
Stopping, resting, and surrendering to the unknown can feel uncomfortable, even counterintuitive. But this sacred pause—this space of not-knowing, also known as the void—is the birthplace of creative potential.
When we slow down, our womb-space can begin to speak. This is where ancient, primal wisdom awakens. Visioning happens in spaciousness, not busyness.
To tap into this creative vortex, try the following:
Burn the to-do list. Simply put aside anything that doesn’t need immediate attention to create a sense of spaciousness.
Slow down. Let go. Feel your womb and lower body connect with the wisdom of the earth beneath you. Feel the weight and weariness of your to-do list go through your feet into the floor.
Feel your body. Practice the art of Interoception. Attune to the sensation of your inner wisdom as it guides you moment to moment.
Ask yourself: What do I need right now? Not later. Not tomorrow. In this moment. Can you gift yourself that need?
Breathe deeply: Let your breath travel from your heart to your womb and all the way down to your yoni. Allow it to awaken and nourish you.
Honor the timing of your cycle. If you need stillness, trust it. If creativity is calling, let it flow. Your energy will return when the time is right.
Honouring
your cyclical rhythms allows creativity to flow.
CYCLE WISDOM TIP
Interoception is a sacred cyclical art—one that strengthens empathy, intuition, and deep interconnectedness. This practice is at the heart of menstrual cycle awareness, as taught by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, founders of Red School UK and authors of Wild Power and Wise Power.
By learning to listen to your body’s signals, you align with your cycle’s natural rhythm, allowing creativity, clarity, and manifestation to unfold with ease.

Written from a place where I am
Day 29 — On the cusp of my Inner Winter moon time. Feeling the energy slowly ebbing away as I creatively slow down to rest.
This work was written on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People. I give thanks to the elders, past present and emerging. I also acknowledge the wisdom in this writing was gained from my teachers at Red School, Rewilding for Women and Shamanic School of Womancraft.
