Acknowledgement of Lineage & Wisdom Keepers

Sacred work does not exist in isolation—it is woven from the lineages, teachings, and wisdom traditions that have come before us.

At Ohanala, we honour the custodians of sacred womb wisdom, menstruality, and cyclical intelligence who have profoundly shaped our understanding and practice.

Acknowledging lineage is an essential act of reverence—a way of recognising those who have carried these teachings forward, modernised them for our time, and made them accessible to those walking the path today.

Having studied extensively under the guidance of these teachers, their wisdom informs everything we do.

It is with deep gratitude that we acknowledge:

Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer (Red School, UK)

Pioneers in the field of Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA), Alexandra and Sjanie are the founders of Red School, UK and authors of Wild Power and Wise Power.

Their work has been pivotal in modernising the spiritual practice of menstruality, reawakening its sacred depth while making it accessible to a global audience.

They have gifted the world a profound framework for understanding the menstrual cycle as a path to power, creativity, and deep self-knowing—a philosophy that underpins all Ohanala teachings in sacred cyclical living and feminine leadership.

Jane Hardwicke Collings (Shamanic School of Womancraft)

Jane Hardwicke Collings is a visionary leader in the sacred cyclical embodiment movement in Australia.

As the founder of the Shamanic School of Womancraft and the Four Seasons Journey, she has reawakened the connection between shamanic menstruality, birth imprinting, and the cycles of nature.

Her pioneering work on birth imprinting—understanding how our birth experience shapes our creative expression and healing journey—has deeply informed the way we work with personal transformation at Ohanala.

Her teachings have also been instrumental in expanding awareness of conscious perimenopause as a powerful rite of passage.

A special acknowledgment to Sarah Miller and Raven Abulhawa, my personal teachers of the Four Seasons Journey, whose guidance has been an integral part of my own cyclical wisdom path.

Sabrina Lynn (Rewilding for Women & The Rewilding Way)

Sabrina Lynn is a profound teacher in archetypal rewiring and nervous system rewilding—offering a transformational approach to reclaiming the sacred self.

Through Rewilding for Women, she has created a unique pathway for deep embodiment, shadow integration, and the reclamation of archetypal power.

Her teachings continue to inspire and shape how we work with the inner archetypes and the cyclical nature of feminine awakening.

Divine Harmony (Archetypal Embodied Astrology)

Divine Harmony’s work bridges Jungian shadow work, astrology, and deep embodiment practices, guiding individuals to explore astrology not as prediction, but as a pathway to self-revelation.

Her teachings on Embodied Astrology have profoundly shaped the way we integrate planetary archetypes, lunar cycles, and cosmic rhythms into our work at Ohanala. Through her lens, astrology becomes a living, breathing practice, inviting us into a more intimate relationship with ourselves and the greater cycles of the universe.

With deep gratitude, we honour these teachers, elders, and wisdom keepers for the paths they have illuminated.

May their teachings continue to ripple through the work we do, inspiring others to reclaim their cyclical intelligence and sacred power.

Ohanala is a continuation of this lineage—a living thread in the ancient tapestry of sacred womb wisdom, menstruality, and cyclical intelligence.
